KLAR Creations Hassle-free Purchase & Returns Policy 

Online  - Pots and products can be purchased from the KLAR Creations shop at https://www.klar-creations.com/shop  or by following the SHOP link above. For your convenience, we take:

  • card,

  • cash

  • Paypal

  • Pots can be reserved with a 20% deposit. (Option at checkout) 

  • Trade Shows - Pots can also be purchased at various trade shows and pot talks around France & Europe.                                      We hope to see you soon!

 

Delivery - KLAR Creations deliver worldwide. At checkout you can chose delivery as below, or we can deliver to certain trade shows for no extra charge.

 

1. Delivery Options

       Pots are delivered either by:

  • La Poste                        1 - 3 days

  • Europe Airmail             3 - 5 days

  • International courier  5 - 14 days

2. By appointment -pickup or collect at shows etc. - Please contact us before purchase! (Option at checkout)

3. Delivery time: If the item is in stock, we will ship it within 2 working days. The production of our ceramics takes about 3 weeks. If you have a desired date, just call or send us a message, we will try to make everything possible.

Refunds & Returns 

Thank you for purchasing from KLAR Creations!

 

There is no extra charge for 'packing costs', however we pack pots and items with extreme care; using mostly environmentally friendly options where possible. A product is yet to arrive 'damaged'!  In the unlikely event there is an issue however, please be assured you are well covered!

 

All purchases are guaranteed against any damage or loss in the post.

 

- If any products arrive broken or are lost in the post, KLAR Creations customers immediately receive a 100% refund including postage costs.

- In the unlikely event a pot arrives with minor damage (e.g. a small chip), the customer will have the option to:

  • Return the pot with a full refund, or

  • Keep the pot with a mutually agreeable partial refund.

  • Should a customer decide they don't like a pot or product, they will have the option to return it for a full refund (minus shipping). 

  • Refunds are given as soon as the product arrives back to us undamaged within 28 days.

 

The KLAR Creations represents fine bonsai pottery and other products and as such, we are dedicated to high levels of customer service.

We will always endeavor to resolve any issue you might have with speed and courtesy.
